EARL PADDOCK
Executive Director
Mr. Earl Paddock brings a wealth of experience to his position. He was the band director of the Calgary Round Up Band for 11 years and was involved with the initial formation of the Stetson Show Band. He had taught for the Calgary Board of Education for 30 years. For 16 years Mr Paddock was the music teacher at William Aberhart High School where his responsibilities were teaching the band classes, directing the Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble. He was the Curriculum Leader for Fine Arts at the school. Mr. Paddock retired in June 2008 from the CBE. Mr. Paddock also directs the Westwinds Symphonic Band and has been recently appointed as the music director of the Calgary Concert band.
Earl Paddock received his Bachelor of Music (1976) from the University of Calgary and his Master of Music Education (1991) from the University of Missouri at Columbia. He has been awarded a Government of Alberta Excellence in Teaching Award and the David Peterkin Memorial Award from the Alberta chapter of the International Band Masters Fraternity Phi Beta Mu in recognition of an outstanding contribution to Band and Band Music in Alberta. He is a past president of the Alberta Band Association and he is active as a guest conductor, adjudicator and clinician. In 2007 Mr. Paddock was awarded the "Elkhorn Award" from the Alberta Band Association. This award is given to the "Band Director of the Year" who has exhibited outstanding service not only to music students but also to the Alberta Band Association. ANDREA CIONA
Band Director
 Andrea received her Bachelor of Music from the University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary. Andrea has been working with the Stetsons since 2004 in the capacity of Woodwind Coordinator and Assistant Music Director. She is a teacher with the Calgary Catholic School District.

Nicole Drescher Trumpet Technician
Currently a third year student Nicole is studying trumpet at the University of Calgary, with the intention of getting a degree in music education. Nicole has playing trumpet for almost ten years and has marched in all three bands of Calgary. Nicole iscurrently marching her fifth season with the Calgary Stampede Showband, teaching private lessons and is part of the University of Calgary Wind Ensemble and Big Band.
Teighan Fioritti Trombone Technician
Teighan Fioritti is currently a fourth year member of the Stampede Showband and has been playing trombone for nine years. Teighan has been marching for 7 years and has loved every minute of it. Teighan loves musicals and everything music orientated.

Heather Elliott
Heather Elliot has been involved with the Bands of Calgary since 2000, performing as a member of the Calgary Round-Up Band, the Calgary Stetson Show Band, and the Stampede Showband. This marks her first year as a full-time colourguard instructor with the Calgary Stetson Show Band. She will also continue performing this year as a member of Escalade Winterguard. When not immersed in the colourguard world, she continues to work towards her BSc in Civil Engineering at the University of Calgary. Amanda Tatterton
